Absolutely not.  Please know that every effort will be made to accommodate your request, but cannot be guaranteed

You know your product(s) best.  Please request the amount of tables that you think you need (keeping in mind that they are 8' tables).  Adding tables at the location will incur additional charge for the table (if there is room).

In an effort to see all vendor attendees have a successful show, B&B NY Events, LLC will create a private group on Facebook, and invite you to it. On this site, we will provide marketing materials for you to share on any of your social media platforms.  You also agree to promote the vendor show on your social media platforms.  B&B NY Events, LLC will also offer to create individual marketing for you, specific to this event, for a small fee.

B&B NY Events, LLC. will promote this event on personal social media platforms, local news stations community calendars, etc.

Submitting this form does NOT guarantee a space/table at the vendor show. You will receive an invoice via PayPal for the table fee(s) which will hold your space/table until payment is made. 

Please check your SPAM folder for an invoice.   PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt unless other arrangements have been made.  Failure to do so will cancel the invoice, and the next person with the same Direct Sales Company/Trade will be offered your space(s).  We require 14 days cancellation notice IN WRITING VIA EMAIL or TEXT prior to the event.  Cancellations with 14 day notice and greater will receive a 100% refund.  Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days IN WRITING VIA EMAIL or TEXT will be refunded at 50%.  Cancellations within 7 days of the event made IN WRITING VIA EMAIL or TEXT will not be refunded.  It is also the responsibility of the vendor to attend the event.  B&B NY Events, LLC does not remind vendors of their upcoming shows.  There will not be any refunds given if you do not attend the show. 

The owners of the property and B&B NY Events, LLC. do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons and/or personal property at the location.  You agree to indemnify and hold the owners of the property and B&B NY Events, LLC. harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to ANY claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with my use of the venue, including, but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss anywhere on the premises.

Unfortunately, even if we rely on the good 'ol Magic 8 Ball, we cannot guarantee attendance.  We do promote and market the event as outlined above.  We also have large signage at the road the day of the event.  We do rely on the individual vendors to help promote events as well.  

 If the event is cancelled unexpectedly by the venue OR any NYS GOVERNMENT ENTITY for driving bans due to inclement weather in the city/town/village of the event location, you will be entitled to a 100% refund.  

Should you decide to not attend an event during such inclement weather, and the event has NOT been cancelled by the venue or due to driving bans, you will NOT be entitled to a refund. 

We plan a wide range of events including vendor shows/events,  weddings, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries, and more.

No, we do not offer catering, but can work with a caterer to make your event perfect.
