About B&B NY Events, LLC

At B&B NY Events, LLC, we pride ourselves in  supporting and promoting ALL small business owners.  No matter what you create, sell, or service you offer, we support you and invite you to our events. We do not "pick and choose" who is a vendor at our events.  We do however, only allow one Direct Sales Company rep per show.

Our events are always free for shoppers to attend!  We will never ask for an entry fee as we encourage shoppers to spend their money on our vendors. We even provide a shopping bag to everyone who comes!

When you choose to attend our events as a vendor, you will find that we use a specific method to confirm your spot at the shows.

As hackers and spammers get more creative with their deception, you will find that B&B NY Events, LLC uses the following method only to reserve your spot:

1.  Vendors will fill out a Google Form under the "upcoming events" tab for the show they are interested in.  In that form, you can select multiple show dates.  

2.  After your submitted form is received by us, we will send you an invoice from PayPal.  We never request payment via Venmo, Cash App or other methods, and we never request payment through Facebook commenting or messenger.

3.  When your invoice is paid, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the date(s) of your event, along with instructions to friend request Carrie Ward (the Owner of B&B NY Events, LLC) so that you can be added to a private Facebook group where you will be provided with marketing materials to share on your favorite social media platforms.  

Carrie Ward has over 6 years experience in the planning and execution of vendor shows in WNY.  

In addition to this experience, Carrie has over 7 years experience in planning and execution of corporate meetings, contract negotiation and billing.

Carrie is currently the Operations Manager and Licensed Sales Agent with Encompass Agency Insurance in Cheektowaga. 

Carrie lives in Cheektowaga, NY with her significant other Eric, her 3 kids and 2 cats. 

When it comes to promoting vendor shows, Carrie says:  "I remember doing a 3 day vendor event several years ago when I was selling $5 jewelry.  The event 'forgot' to advertise that vendors would be there, and I didn't sell one item.  I looked at my sister in law and said that I was going to research how to plan and run vendor shows, and I did just that.  My main focus with our shows is making sure that the vendors in attendance are given the materials to market the event (in addition to the marketing I do) so that we all win.  I know that the economy is tough, and I want us all to succeed.  If I can help a small business make a few extra dollars, then I'm happy with that.  I was given a chance, and I want to pay that forward."
